Getting Started and Ongoing Support

The entire Nevada Infusion team is committed to making your infusion experience smooth and simple from start to finish. Whether you're a patient, caregiver, physician, or nurse, simply call us to get started. We'll take it from there and communicate with you every step of the way.

Once infusion therapy is underway, you will hear from our pharmacy or nursing team to check in on you and answer any questions you may have. We are also available by phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for any time-sensitive questions or needs.

Our dedicated intake and authorization team at Nevada Infusion will help you understand your insurance coverage every step of the way. Here's what we do for you:

Benefit Verification - We thoroughly review your insurance plan to determine:
  • Covered services
  • Plan deductibles
  • Out-of-pocket requirements

Financial Planning - Once we verify your benefits, our team will personally contact you to:
  • Explain your infusion coverage
  • Outline your estimated financial responsibility
  • Discuss any questions or concerns

Authorization Process - We manage all insurance authorizations for you.
The timeline varies by plan:
  • Some plans do not require prior authorization, allowing us to schedule your treatment quickly
  • For plans requiring authorization, decisions typically take 2-14 days, depending on your specific medication, therapy plan and insurance company.

Financial Assistance - We understand that medication costs can be challenging.
That's why we:
  • Investigate manufacturer assistance programs
  • Help identify financial support options
  • Guide you through the qualification process if drug assistance is available

If your physician or practitioner prescribes a drug that you need but it is too expensive or you have a large deductible, some drug companies offer assistance. We investigate all the options and let you know right away if drug assistance is available for you and how you may qualify.
